Commerce and Compliance Division’s 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey is now open.
Commerce and Compliance Division (CCD) staff and management monitor several performance measures, adjusting programs and processes as needed to ensure we are meeting agency and division goals. Our Customer Satisfaction Survey asks customers to tell us how we are doing and where we can improve.
The survey will take anywhere from 2 to 25 minutes to complete, depending on which set of questions apply to you and your business for last year.
The survey will be open throughout the month of March, and we greatly appreciate all of your feedback!
