Oregon Dealers,

DMV is establishing the capability for dealers to pay missing transaction fees via DMV2U dealer accounts. DMV previously announced on July 8, 2024, that this new feature would be ready for use on July 30, 2024. Unfortunately, some aspects of the upgrade are not yet ready for use and the update is delayed. A new projected go-live date will be communicated as soon as possible. 

DMV held a demonstration of what the online payment capability will look like at the July 25th ODAC meeting and received positive feedback. While the project is delayed, we are very excited to see new additions to DMV2U for Oregon dealers.

Please prepare to use the new feature by making sure the appropriate person has an active DMV2U Logon, and that your web PIN is valid. Have the dealership’s DMV2U account administrator review the permissions access for all logons.

If a user has Submit and Pay permissions, they will have access to pay missing fees online for submitted title and registration transactions. 

Please review the Partner Sign-in Instructions available on the DMV website on how to create a DMV2U logon.
